Supersnail service uses Mixpanel analytics to track anonymized activity on Supersnail pages for monitoring of engagement levels with the site.

If at any point in the future we will be interested in integrating with additional third party services, we will update our privacy policy and prompt the user to consent to any changes before we may access that data, following Google API Services user data policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you further represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Creation and Security: In order to access certain features of the Service, you may need to create a Supersnail account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify Supersnail of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Content: The Service allows you to create and publish newsletters and manage subscriber lists ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By submitting User Content through the Service, you grant Supersnail a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process your User Content, solely for the purpose of making it accessible to you and other authorized users within your organization, and for high-level, anonymized analytics to improve the Service. Supersnail will not own your User Content or use it for any purpose other than those stated above. We respect your privacy and will handle your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit User Content that infringes or violates the rights of any third party or that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. Supersnail reserves the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
